The two solicitors running the Family Law team are aware that their clients are likely to be experiencing a variety of emotions and anxieties.

The Department is run by Stephen Duncombe, who has over 25 years experience of Family Law, is the firm's Senior Partner, and is an Accredited Family Law Specialist through the Solicitors Family Law Association. This specialisation is at the widest level currently obtainable, making him one of the very few people in the country with this level of specialisation.

Mrs. Kulbir Rahi has over 15 years experience of family work and is also a member of the Solicitors Family Law Association, the Law Society Family Law Panel and a fully trained Collaborative lawyer i.e. one of a new group of lawyers who help to resolve family problems without the use of the court process. Both Stephen and Kulbir currently offer a free initial interview, giving you an opportunity to put your mind at rest, ascertain your options, and get a feel for how we may help you without charge or further obligation.

We offer experience and expertise to deal with what can be a stressful and unsettling time. We urge negotiation and mediation where possible to avoid the cost and trauma of court proceedings.
